Cancellation and Refund Policy – FixKr Technologies Private Limited.

electronics repair needs. We understand that circumstances may arise leading to
the cancellation of services or the need for a refund. Please carefully review
our Cancellation and Refund Policy outlined below:
1. Service Cancellation:
1.1 Customer Initiated Cancellation:
Customers may cancel a service request before our technician
begins the repair process. To initiate a cancellation, please contact our
customer support team at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
1.2 Cancellation Charges:
If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the
scheduled appointment or after our technician has started the repair process, a
cancellation fee may apply. This fee is designed to compensate for the
technician’s time and effort.
2. Refund Policy:
2.1 Eligibility for Refund:
Refunds will be considered in the following situations:
a. Unsuccessful Repair:
If, despite our best
efforts, we are unable to repair the electronic device, a refund may be issued.
The decision for a refund in such cases will be at the discretion of FixKr
Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
b. Overpayment: In
the event of accidental overpayment or duplicate charges, please contact our
customer support team for a prompt refund.
2.2 Refund Process:
a. Contact Customer Support:
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at fixkr@fixkrtechnologies.com one same day of the service completion date.
b. Provide Necessary Information:
Include your service order number, a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request, and any supporting documentation.
c. Refund Approval:
Refunds will be approved after a thorough review of the request. The approval process may take up to 14 working days.
d. Refund Method:
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used for the service. Please note that the refund amount may take some time to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.
3. No-Show Policy:
If a customer is not present at the scheduled service location without prior notice, it will be considered a “No-Show.” In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
4. Changes to the Policy:
FixKr Technologies Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes, and the revised policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
